Take a close look at your goals.
Are they really what you want?
Are they goals that someone else has suggested you need to achieve?
If you are now questioning your goals, you need to remember your Why?
Why do YOU want to achieve this goal, if it's because someone told you, that’s what you need, it's time to change your goal.
Goals must be personal to you.
If you are chasing a goal set by someone else, you will soon become unmotivated.
Set a goal you really want, however big, break it down into small steps to achieve it, with the help of myself a Life Coach
to guide you through the process, accountability and motivation.
Everytime you feel unmotivated, remember your Why?
Why you started?
Why you want to reach that goal?
You are investing in yourself to reach your goal.
Take all the support you can from family and friends.
Very often I will ask a client Why?
Why have they chosen that goal?
When the look closer at their goal, they realise it's not their goal, it's something someone else suggested, when in reality they want something totally different.
We would then work on what they really want and go from there, with much more motivation and feeing positive.
